General Questions

Yes, evening meals are served from Mon – Thu @ R145.00 per person for a two course meal (or R165 with a drink of choice included). If you would like to book – please enquire for further details and add this to your total amount when making a payment. - please enquire. We also have a braai evening once a week. Dinners have to be pre-booked and arranged.
We have a small bar in the lounge area where you can purchase a variety of alcoholic beverages.
Yes, the rate includes our wonderful breakfast served at the main lounge area. Breakfast is served between 07:00 - 09:30 Monday to Sunday. If you have any special breakfast requirements please notify us before hand so we can make the neccesary arrangements.
Yes, we can arrange a meet-and-greet pick up from the airport for you. This will cost R250 per journey for up to 4 passengers with baggage which is payable directly to the driver. Kindly provide your exact flight details including flight number, and we will confirm the arrangements.
We have a dedicated Travel Centre at ..... where you can make all your travel arrangements, book car hire or adventure activities or just chat about where to go and what to do. The centre is open from 08h00 to 16h00 week-day, until 13h00 on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. When the travel centre is closed, our receptionists should also be able to assist you with day-to-day arrangements.
We do offer a laundry service. There are collections and deliveries twice a day and a load up to 5 kg costs R70.
Check–in time is from 2 pm to 8 pm. Please contact us if you would like to arrive outside these hours, so that we can try to accommodate you. If you do arrive early and the room is not ready, you may relax in our lounge area with a tea or coffee while we clean your room.
Checkout time is before 10.00am, but please talk to us if you need to check out later.
We have free Wi-Fi in all the rooms and also in our conservatory/lounge area.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required upon booking. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than three days prior arrival. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
Yes, you can use your debit or credit card to pay the balance of your accommodation. Currently, there are no additional charges if you pay by debit card. However credit cards do have a 3.5% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations MUST be in writing to confirm date the of cancellation. For low season cancellation less than 3 working days in advance will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount, cancellation less than 7 working days in advance will result in a 50% charge of total booking amount. For peak season cancellation less than 7 working days in advance will result in a 100% charge of total booking amount and cancellation less than 14 working days in advance will result in a 50% charge of total booking amount.
